was browsing pica pica pics on google .. as one does ...this one leapt out .. what stunning painting .. if I win the lottery tonight can I buy it? just captures the cheeky-ness perfectly and the colours and texture are a joy to look at.. I have fallen in love with a painting!

I have fallen in love with a painting! ..putting a pound on the lottery tonight .. can I buy it if I win?
