Ye Gods! If that isn't enough to cause a woman to have lots of self-loathing, I don't know what is!
Oh dear! This is even worse that the "housekeeping tips" book I picked up a garage sale once; it recommends attaching a slab of asbestos to the ironing board to keep the iron on.
